What this policy covers

This policy covers the Diversi Valley website only. Clinical services provided by Key To Achieving Therapy Services Ltd are covered by a separate privacy notice.

Please do not send us health information or clinical details through this website. If you need to discuss a clinical matter, contact us and we will provide a secure route.

What we collect, why we use it, and our lawful basis

We collect your first name, email address and the category you select about yourself, so we can send you our mailing list and relevant writing. This is based on your consent.

We collect your name, email, billing address and purchase details to deliver what you buy and give you an invoice. This is necessary to fulfil our contract with you.

We keep the same purchase and billing information as part of our financial records, because we are legally required to.

If you contact us, we collect your name, email and the content of your message, so we can reply. We do this because it is in our legitimate interest to respond to people who contact us, and we don't believe this overrides your rights.

We collect some technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to understand how the website is used. This only happens with your consent, given through the cookie banner.

We do not use your information for any purpose other than those listed here. If that changes, we will tell you before we do it.

Payment card details are handled directly by our payment provider. We do not see or store them.

Who we share it with

We use Wix to host this website, run our online store and send our mailing list. Wix may store information in Israel, the United States and the European Union.

We use Stripe to process payments.

We use TaxAssist to keep our financial records, in the UK.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing. We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Information sent outside the UK

Some of our providers store or process information outside the UK.

Israel has a UK adequacy decision, meaning the UK Government has determined it provides an adequate level of data protection.

Where information is transferred to the United States or elsewhere without an adequacy decision, it is protected by the International Data Transfer Agreement, or by the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can request a copy of the safeguards in place by emailing office@keytoachieving.co.uk.

How long we keep it

We keep your mailing list details until you unsubscribe, or for three years if you stop engaging with our emails. We keep purchase and financial records for seven years, as required by UK tax law. We keep enquiries for two years. Website analytics are kept for 14 months.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

- Be told what information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted
- Restrict how we use it
- Object to us using it
- Have it transferred to another provider
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where consent is what we rely on. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it

To exercise any of these, email office@keytoachieving.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

Marketing. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time, using the link in every email or by emailing us. We will action it promptly.

Complaints. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. You can complain to the ICO without contacting us first, although we would prefer the chance to put things right.

Other things you should know

Do you have to give us your information? No. Joining our mailing list is entirely optional. If you wish to buy something from us, we need your name, email and billing details in order to complete the sale and issue an invoice, and we cannot sell to you without them.

Automated decision-making. We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you.

Children. This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Security. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information secure. No website can be completely secure.

Changes. We may update this policy. The version and date on this document show when it last changed.

Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to function, and can be used to understand how it is being used.

The cookies we use

Some cookies on this site are strictly necessary and don't need your consent, such as those that keep the site working and let you check out securely. Others need your consent, and you can accept or reject them: analytics cookies, which tell us how the site is used, functional cookies, which remember your preferences, and marketing cookies, which help us understand whether our writing is reaching the right people.

Your choice

When you first visit the website, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. You may reject them as easily as you may accept
them. Rejecting them will not stop you using the site or buying anything from it.

You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, and you can delete cookies through your browser settings.

Some of our cookies are set by third parties, including Wix and our payment provider. Where those parties are named in the Privacy Policy, their own privacy notices also apply.
